The property felt like home. It was warm, inviting with amazing staff who were willing to help and very approachable. Our main contact was a wonderful lady called Sopene. She was warm, inviting and nothing was a big request! She remembered the special birthday we went to celebrate and gave her wishes on the day. She even handed us umbrella’s as we went out for the day as the weather changed. Customer service was exceptional and we would definitely recommend this hotel because of its location, cleanliness, home feeling but importantly the customer service! . We had found a note in our bedroom wishing us a good trip and requesting us to ask for assistance at any time. That was so humbling and rare to find as even in exclusive 5 star hotels you don’t get the personable service which we had!

Everything! Room was large, pretty and it had two window nooks where my daughter and I very much enjoyed having our morning drink and reading! Pool is small but lovely and we greatly enjoyed being able to book an interval just for ourselves. Hotel brought us macarons and chocolates as welcome, the hotel bar seemed very lively on Saturday and the food was good. Location is great too, easy walk to Place Vendome. We enjoyed all the Madeleine area had to offer, from shops to nice cafes and of course, the nearby Galleries Lafayettes and Opera Garnier, amazing Paris architecture. All in all, a hotel we would gladly return too.

Loved the location it was the first time that we have stayed in the area and really enjoyed the relaxed fee, Gave us the opportunity to enjoy the atmosphere of Paris without the summer crowds. Staff were welcoming and professional. Rooms,if a little small were very well equipped. Lots of little touches that made a difference coffee drinks bathrobes good bed linen and pillows. Would recommend.

We also walked from the hotel many times to attractions and found it easy to do. Beautiful decor and high standard of cleanliness. Our room was serviced everyday without asking with fresh towels left. We loved it!
